ZENworks Configuration Management 25.2
ZCM 25.2 support allows integration with ZCM PXE imaging using ENGL WinPE to automate ZMG or WIM image restore, installation of the ZCM Agent and application bundles.
Future ZCM 25.2 patches will include UI enhancements to the ENGL imaging front-end (Zim) when restoring ZMG image files. You'll notice progress bars and detailed error logging. We'll provide more information when the ZCM 25.2 patches are available.
OES Client 25.x
For customers using OES, we've added support to import and deploy the OES Client 25.
ENGL WinPE command prompt access disabled by default
Access to the ENGL WinPE command prompt (F8) and Imaging Toolkit imaging front-end (F3) was previously enabled by default. With 14.0.1, the default is now disabled. This change affects output generated by the Integration Wizard (PXE imaging) and the WinPE Boot Media Wizard.
WinPE Boot Media Wizard - Create a bootable ISO
The WinPE Boot Media Wizard could create a bootable USB device using ENGL WinPE, allowing imaging where PXE was not available. With 14.0.1, we've extended the Boot Media Wizard to include the creation of a bootable ISO, which can be used on a VM or your favourite ISO to USB tool.
