This document contains the major changes in Imaging Toolkit 14.0.3.

Please review the following before upgrading.

License expiry warnings

Build Console and the Monitor Service will now display warnings if your license is due to expire within 30 days. Please ensure your license is renewed and Imaging Toolkit upgraded to the latest supported version at least one week before the expiry date to avoid disruption and access to ENGL support.

Autopilot Device Preparation

Imaging Toolkit 14.0.3 includes support for Windows Autopilot Device Preparation (also known as Autopilot v2). You can now select between Autopilot version 1 and 2 in your project settings.

Domain join delay

Following a domain (Active Directory) join, Imaging Toolkit will wait for 10 seconds before performing other domain actions, which gives time for multiple DC's to complete their synchronisation of the joined computer object. Imaging Toolkit 14.0.3 can be configured with a custom delay if you're experiencing issues. Please see the Active Directory troublshooting TID.

Monitor Service enhancements (Advanced/Enterprise subscription)

We've rolled out some new features to the Monitor Service which that help multi-site organisations and those wishing to display deployments on a wall display in an IT control room. Please see the Configure Monitor Service for complete details.

Using groups to identify a site or department

With Imaging Toolkit 14.0.3, deployments can be configured with a group short code that is stored with a device's deployment. In the Monitor Service, groups can be defined with a short code to represent a site or department, allowing the deployments view to be filtered using a dedicated dropdown.

Guest shared views

Your organisation can now define a Monitor Service guest shared view with an expiry date that provides a special browser link. The shared view is read-only and can be restricted to a specific group code (see above). This is ideal for use on a wall screen in an IT control room as authentication is not required for shared views.
